About the Role
Join AFI Rentals, a leading provider of powered access solutions, as an organised and thorough Accounts and Payroll Assistant. Based in Wakefield, you'll be part of a growing team, gaining valuable experience in payroll and accounts administration.
Responsibilities
* Payroll: Process monthly/weekly payroll, manage deductions, handle queries, prepare reports, maintain records, and process year-end tasks.
* Accounts: Process invoices, reconcile statements, assist with month-end and year-end procedures, maintain records, assist with audits, and prepare financial reports.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in payroll and/or accounts administration.
* Understanding of UK payroll legislation.
* Numerical and data entry skills.
* Proficiency in payroll software (experience with Sage Payroll preferred).
* Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
