Our client a global Managed Services and Specialist Staffing provider are looking for a HR Advisor / ER Partner to join their growing team to provide customer focussed, responsive, accurate, and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers, employees and flexible employees in line with Company policies, internal procedures and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities
Advice and Guidance:
1. Inform and advise managers on all matters related to Employee Relations in line with best practice, company policies and practices, and current legislation whilst ensuring understanding of commercial requirements, key activities and company standards
2. Effective and dedicated case management of people related matters to both permanent staff and temporary workers, such as: disciplinaries, performance management, grievance, absence management, TUPE, redundancy, and ACAS....
