Role Description/Criteria
Maternity Leave Term Two - Term Four
Lisieux invites applications from suitably qualified, highly motivated, and passionate educators to fill a maternity leave position from Term Two until the end of the school year. Experienced teachers and graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful candidates must be able to accept and support the ethos of the school. This exciting opportunity requires a commitment to working as part of a collegial network with a focus on contemporary practices. The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximizing student outcomes through the delivery of a rich, relevant, and holistic curriculum.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the school, and be willing to be involved in school and parish activities;
2. Display a love of learning and a passion for working with young children;
3. Possess VIT registration;
4. Be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school;
5. Be familiar with and comply with all requirements of Child Safety, policies, and legal responsibilities concerning the safety, care, and wellbeing of all students.
