Are you an experienced Work Planner, with experience of leading a team of Work Planners and Administrators? Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment? Are you a self-starter motivated by problem solving and getting the best outcome for our customers?
If so, read on!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Team Leader to join our Home Maintenance Services Team to manage the day-to-day running of the Repairs Planning Team. The majority of the role will be managing our Responsive Repairs appointments, ensuring we adhere to our KPIs and service level agreements, as well as supporting our Voids and Specialist Repairs (i.e. section 11) work streams.
You’ll need to be comfortable with a range of systems (such as DRS, CRM, and Microsoft Office Applications), and be able to analyze a large volume of appointment and job (work in progress) data to ensure resource planning remains compliant with our service level agreements.
We’ll also need you to have great communication skills, both with customers and your direct team, as well as with other areas of the organization – working collaboratively is key.
Given the nature of our Repairs service, we’ll need you to be flexible with your working pattern as you’ll be expected to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm in line with business needs. Of course, we’re willing to give some of that flexibility back and operate hybrid working.
What’s in it for you?
In return, you will receive a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave (plus Christmas shutdown), a defined benefit pension scheme, health cash plan, and a range of shopping and leisure discounts.
We are output-focused and flexible and believe in giving colleagues the right balance of autonomy and support to enable them to work to their full potential. Despite the high expectations for performance and delivery, we are committed to ensuring colleagues have a healthy work-life balance and can work in agile ways that support them.
