We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interim Management Accountant to join our client's team during a key transitional period. With the implementation of a new finance system and the launch of a joint venture next month, this role will provide critical support by covering day-to-day transactional responsibilities and assisting with month-end processes. Key Responsibilities: Support transactional finance tasks, including banking and purchase ledger activities Support the month-end process through balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis Assist in freeing up the existing team to focus on key projects, including the ERP system implementation Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions and reports Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies Requirements: Qualified by experience Previous experience in a similar industry role, ideally with exposure to ERP systems Strong experience using Excel Strong understanding of transactional finance and month-end processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Our client is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status or pregnancy and maternity.
