Job Description:
Our Product Support Engineering (PSE) function, which is located in our Helicopter division, is currently recruiting for an AW101 Platform Change Team Lead. The focus of this role is to coordinate and manage in-service modifications for the AW101 platform, across multiple customers through to implementation into customer fleets and supporting systems. Reporting to the 101 Product Support Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, wider business stakeholders, and customers to ensure modification activities are delivered on schedule and within business and certification processes.

As an AW101 Platform Change Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for;
* Lead and coordinate aircraft modification activities on behalf of PSE, ensuring smooth implementation while liaising with key stakeholders.
* Support project control, working with ILS Managers and Product Improvement Engineers to track and manage modification tasks.
* Drive change management, ensuring key modifications progress through to meet customer needs.
* Support Product Support Engineering and wider Customer Support functions within the Company Change Management process.
* Assist with Type Design changes, working within PSE to sponsor and guide platform-level modifications.
* Ensure compliance with business and certification processes for all change and modification activities.
* Support obsolescence management, working with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Managers and Customer Service Mangers to assess risks and develop solutions.
* Plan and provision modification kits/materials, supporting in-service teams and trials activities.
* Provide reports and updates, preparing regular briefings for both management and customers.
* Promote continuous improvement, driving process reviews to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What we need from you;
* Knowledge of Configuration Management processes and industry best practices.
* Previous experience of working in a technical aircraft environment.
* Excellent project coordination and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Experience working within structured business processes and certification frameworks.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach to problem solving.
* Strong reporting and presentation skills for management and customer reviews.
