What skills and experience we're looking for
We are recruiting for a highly motivated and passionate individual to become the Executive Headteacher for a Unity of three village schools in North Northamptonshire.
We welcome applications from existing Headteachers or suitably experienced senior education professionals who will continue our successful Unity journey whilst preserving and nurturing the distinct ethos and values of the individual schools.
You will be an excellent communicator, an inspirational and innovative leader with a clear vision and a strong commitment to outstanding classroom practice, staff development, whilst demonstrating sound financial judgment.
What the school offers its staff
Titchmarsh CE Primary School, Warmington Primary School and Nassington Primary School are rural schools situated in the heart of the beautiful villages of Titchmarsh, Warmington and Nassington.
They are happy and friendly schools, with supportive parents and delightful children who respect each other and have a thirst for learning.
All three schools have achieved GOOD in recent Ofsted assessments and Titchmarsh is recognised as an effective Church School by SIAMS.

The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure.
