The Role
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and technical development of new residential projects. Working closely with the in-house technical team, external consultants, and site teams, you will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality housing schemes.
Responsibilities
* Produce and manage detailed working drawings and construction packages
* Liaise with planners, engineers, and design teams to develop innovative housing solutions
* Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions
* Provide technical guidance and support across all stages of the build process
* Assist with the resolution of technical and site-related challenges
What You’ll Need
* Strong experience in housebuilding or residential developments
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry software
* A solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, NHBC, and planning legislation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
