Front Desk Control Room Operator - Hybrid role Northampton 4 on/4 off shifts
Infinis is a leading low-carbon energy generator. We capture methane from landfill sites and disused mines and use it to create electricity. Our flexible power response and battery energy storage projects support the grid when needed. We’re committed to investing in renewable, low-carbon projects; our solar division is expanding. New sites are being added to our existing portfolio throughout the year, with a strong pipeline of future projects under planning and construction.
Our sustainable energy expertise helps reduce the impact of greenhouse gas emissions on climate change and provides secure, efficient local power generation. It’s great to assist the UK in transitioning to net zero.

* First-Line Fault Diagnosis: Support field teams in diagnosing faults as a first response, providing initial troubleshooting insights to expedite resolution.
* Remote Control Operations: Use remote software to adjust, start, or stop assets and equipment, ensuring optimal operational conditions.
* Emergency Incident Control: Coordinate emergency responses, delegating or escalating incidents as required to maintain safety and control.
* Call Handling and Communication: Efficiently handle calls and disseminate information to appropriate team members to support swift response actions.
