Opportunities to work remotely working are available, however some office presence throughout the week is required. Regular hours of work - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour working week. Opportunities to work flexibly are available with start and finish times falling between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Travel - as we operate nationally, this role will need to attend events across the UK throughout the year so a willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays will be required, though not extensively. Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Strong background in Talent Acquisition within the FM industry with proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, managing the recruitment process from identification to onboard. Ability to recruit across a wide range of roles, including technical and senior-level positions, utilising a range of candidate sources as appropriate, applying best practice and tailoring recruitment approaches accordingly. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), experience with Talos360 being advantageous and proficient with Microsoft Office suite and online/digital recruitment tools, experience using AI within recruitment is desirable. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and influence stakeholders. Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate change and work in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and determined approach to overcoming challenges. Responsibilities include: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Managing the full recruitment lifecyclet from sourcing to onbaording through proactive recruitment activities that align with Thermatic’s growth and business objectives. Work with People & Culture Partner and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods. Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement Provide expert advice and support on best recruitment practices, selection methods, and market trends to hiring managers and key stakeholders. Deliver excellent candidate experience by ensuring smooth, efficient, and transparent hiring processes. Ensure timely communication, feedback, and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Execute employer branding initiatives to position Thermatic as an employer of choice in competitive markets by writing engaging job advertisements and social media content to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent prioritising diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process. Process Optimisation & Recruitment Metrics Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring full system utilisation and improving data integrity, trend analysis, and reporting accuracy.
