You may be expected to work across year groups. The main duties of this role will involve: Supporting children in lessons, speech and language and social and emotional well-being. Supporting children with medical needs and providing personal care for them. Supporting pupils with EHCPs and SEND Support Plans with their learning and development in both the classroom and our Resource Base. Work under the guidance of teaching staff, Inclusion Manager and outside agencies in order to implement and evaluate agreed work programmes. We are looking for someone who is flexible, committed and can show initiative. The successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively with teaching staff, the Inclusion Manager and work efficiently within the SEND team.
