The opportunity
As a Senior at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
1. Begin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager
2. Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets
3. Begin to develop enduring client relationships
4. Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression, and closure, as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner
5. This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts, and other relevant parties
6. Work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post-appointment as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
7. Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
8. Point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
What are we looking for?
1. ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
2. Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realizations independently
3. Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
4. Experienced case handler
