Role Summary
The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions, i.e., Audit, Tax, and Advisory. This role will drive the requirements gathering phase for solutions and work through the Target Operating Model Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. Responsibilities include drafting and improving a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive TOM Blueprint, implementing and tracking KPIs on the performance of the solution onboarding process, and identifying, validating, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
How you will make your mark
1. Act as a subject matter expert on Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions.
2. Lead the design of TOM, ensuring scalability and alignment with KDN’s goals.
3. Liaise with multiple KDN and external stakeholders, i.e., GDC Transformation, HR, Technology team, etc.
4. Develop detailed plans for the implementation of new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures.
5. Provide guidance around the implementation of the TOM, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
6. Communicate progress and achievements of the TOM implementation to key stakeholders.
This is the job for you if you have
1. Professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies.
2. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
3. Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments, i.e., Business Services, Captive Shared Services, Centres of Excellence (COE).
4. Proven experience enacting organizational strategy and design while building a high-performing team.
5. Ability to effectively structure, articulate, and lead presentations to translate data into actionable business plans.
6. Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication, and oral advocacy skills.
7. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects; communicate business decisions effectively across all levels of the organization.
8. Detailed knowledge and experience in implementing project management frameworks.
