Elizabeth Michael is recruiting for a Leading UK Insurance provider for full time, permanent REMOTE working Outbound Sales representatives. You will need a minimum of 12 months consecutive sales experience (not retail) and be rewarded with a highly competitive OTE of £30,200 per annum.
1. £23,000 per annum + average OTE £7,200 per annum
2. Equipment will be provided ; you just need a reliable internet connection!
3. Location: Fully REMOTE. NO COMMUTING. *Offices based in Nottingham*
4. 37.5 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern, Monday – Thursday 10.30am – 7pm & Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

The role you’ll do:
12. As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Outbound department, you’ll get in touch with customers to make sure their appliances are protected. Day-to-day, you’ll:
13. Outbound call to a variety of people which will include existing & lapsed customers to upsell insurance products
14. Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer.
15. Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
The experience and skills you need:
16. A solid background in targeted sales - 12 months minimum in a role within the last 3 years
17. A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
18. Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
19. Great communication skills – you’re at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
20. A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
21. Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
