Customer Service Team Leader (Coordinator/Scheduler/Planner/Controller)
Location: Bedford
Salary: £31,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 8% Employer Pension + 4% Employee Pension + Sick Pay
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm & Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm (Can be flexible)
Home Working: 1 Day a Week (Monday or Friday)
The Customer Service Team Leader role is available in a professional and people-focused business. This position is ideal for those seeking a busy leadership role in a friendly and team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance in the team.
2. Deliver all service activity in line with KPI's.
3. Supervise a team of 8.
4. Provide consistency in the scheduling team and create a valued team culture.
5. Report to the UK Scheduling Manager.
6. Act as the main point of escalation for the schedulers.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Leadership skills or a desire to move into a leadership position.
2. Experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative skills, or similar.
3. Highly organized.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. IT literate.
6. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationship building.
