TARCG is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager on behalf of a leading aerospace manufacturer.

The Role The Quality Assurance Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards, securing necessary certifications, and ensuring continuous improvement in quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will oversee audits, reporting, document control, and stakeholder engagement while implementing quality strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Compliance Management: Maintain existing certifications (ISO 9001, AS 9100, EASA Part 21G, Part 21O, Part 145) and obtain new approvals as required (e.g., EASA Part 21J).
* Audit Leadership: Oversee internal and supplier audits, manage annual audit schedules, supervise the audit team, and support external audits from regulatory bodies and customers.
* Performance Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, and management review materials to drive strategic decision-making.
* Document Control: Maintain and update Business Management Systems (BMS) documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance.
* Non-Conformance Management: Oversee corrective and preventive action (CA/PA) systems, manage non-conformities, and drive root cause resolution.
* Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Training & Communication: Deliver quality training and create informative materials to enhance quality awareness across the organization.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for certification bodies, regulatory authorities, suppliers, and customers on quality matters.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in Quality Management Systems within the aerospace industry.
* In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, AS 9100, EASA Part 21G, Part 145, etc.).
* Certified ISO 9001 / AS 9100 Lead Auditor with extensive auditing experience.
* Proficiency in quality tools, problem-solving techniques (8D), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
* Experience in MOR (Mandatory Occurrence Reporting) processes and DOA-POA agreements.
* Ability to liaise with regulatory bodies (EASA, CAA), customers, and suppliers.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management capabilities.
