We continually review our recruitment processes to ensure they support us in achieving an inclusive and representative team. We recognise that many people find interviews daunting, and the conventional interview approach of unseen questions often impacts performance on the day. Therefore, we are piloting sending interview questions to candidates in advance. This vacancy is within one of our pilot areas; if you are invited for interview, you will receive your interview questions in advance of your interview date. Feedback on this process will also be requested to help our teams understand and evaluate your recruitment experience.
