Asset Team Leader
The Council’s Asset Management Team is looking for a Team Leader to help manage the delivery of our planned and cyclical home improvement and maintenance services to the standards required by the Regulator of Social Housing. Across the district, the council has 4,200 tenanted properties. The successful candidate must hold a HND in Building Maintenance or similar and ideally also hold NEBOSH and CITB Health and Safety for Managers. You also need effective contract management skills and experience along with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of effectively line managing a busy team.
Job Details:
* 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £39,186 - £43,421 (pay award pending)
