This role involves transforming strategic briefs into creative concepts, written content, and promotional ideas that resonate with Russian-speaking audiences. Responsibilities: Interpret Strategic Briefs: Collaborate closely with the strategy team to understand target audience insights, messaging direction, and campaign objectives. Creative Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts to meet campaign goals. Copywriting and Messaging: Write persuasive, culturally relevant copy across various formats, including digital ads, social media, email, and website content. Tailor messaging to resonate with Russian-speaking consumers, understanding linguistic nuances and cultural references. Promotion Strategy: Develop ideas for promotion and dissemination that align with the messaging direction and reach the target audience effectively. Stay Informed on Trends: Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour within Russian-speaking markets to inform creative work. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian, with a strong grasp of the language's subtleties and cultural references. Experience: 4 years as creative / copywriter, preferably within an agency or for Russian-speaking markets. Audience Insight: In-depth knowledge of the Russian-speaking market, including social norms, trends, and media consumption patterns.
