SALES ENQUIRY HANDLER-P/T Stephen James BMW Bromley has a great opportunity for a Sales Enquiry Handler to join the centralised Sales Hub. YOUR ROLE. As a Sales Enquiry Handler, you will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries that come into Stephen James, whether telephone, email, live chat, online or event marketing. You will be an effective communicator and listener and will help the customer identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will follow up each enquiry lead with the sales team with a view to progressing from enquiry to sale. The main duties of the role include: Answer calls and respond to all customer enquiries, proactively identify their needs, build rapport, and provide relevant information. Have a thorough knowledge of our product range, including new technologies, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customers. Respond to digital enquiries through the carwow/CRM portal one hour. Provide personalised PCP quotes when relevant (Velocity). Liaise directly with the appropriate manager and assign new enquiries to a sales executive. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, including arranging test drives. YOUR PROFILE. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Process-oriented with strong administration and IT skills. Proven experience in customer service and administration, ideally with experience in handling enquiries. ABOUT US. SALARY AND HOURS. Basic Salary £20,748 with a competitive bonus opportunity OTE £24,498 per annum Working hours: Thursday and Friday variable rotating shifts from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10am-7pm, plus Saturday 9am-5pm and Sundays 10am-4pm (30hrs per week).
