You will be providing excellent levels of customer service while accurately processing orders and solving problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
* Process customer orders.
* Address customer queries regarding orders promptly.
* Prepare, distribute, and communicate invoices to internal and external customers.
* Deliver exceptional service over the telephone, face-to-face, and via email.
* Maintain high levels of organization daily.
* Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Skills and Attributes:
* Experience with Excel.
* Availability for immediate start is advantageous.
* Highly organized.
* Friendly personality.
* Strong communication skills via phone and email.
