Job Description:
The Digital Dental Sales & Prosthetics Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals with our Digital Dentistry & Prosthetics solutions in dental laboratories and/or dental clinics within an assigned territory. This is done through effective selling and promoting of Digital Dentistry & Prosthetics Solutions to existing and potential new customers, while adhering to sales operations directives and procedures. The representative will also provide installation, training, and technical support level 1 (hotline) for products and services related to the digital workflow, focusing on the Company’s digital solutions portfolio and new offerings. Compliance with all local laws and regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures, is mandatory during the sales process.
Responsibilities:
* Plan with the sales team visits, activities, and trainings.
* Report activities, opportunities, and forecasts using various business tools provided by the Company (e.g., CRM).
* Periodically visit existing and new customers to assess their needs and characteristics.
* Support the sales team in presenting and selling prosthetics solutions, digital workflow, and digital equipment to existing or new customers.
* Demonstrate, install, and train customers on appropriate digital products, solutions, and services.
* Provide technical support and hotline assistance to existing customers regarding the company's prosthetics and digital solutions portfolio.
* Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends and report periodically.
* Plan prosthetics and digital sales activities based on territory needs to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
* Maintain regular contact with existing and potential new customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with offered solutions and services.
* Support the sales representative in developing and maintaining relationships with key influential leaders to expand market share.
* Manage and report to management about any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies affecting local sales.
* Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other relevant information.
* Present and promote courses and events of the organization to enhance commercial activity based on consultative selling.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures and demonstrate effective implementation at the territory level.
* Provide after-sales technical support (level 1) on-site or over the phone (hotline).
* Establish and maintain a travel schedule for consistent customer contact.
* Willingness to travel locally approximately 80% and internationally for events and congresses.
Job Requirements:
* Dental technician and/or software-application engineer - Undergraduate degree or equivalent in medical, IT, business, or related field.
* Ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
* Professional sales skills in promoting products and added values.
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced computer and IT skills, including CRM, CAD CAM, and Navigation Systems.
* Fluent/Native English.
* Valid driving license (travel required).
* Minimum of 3 years working as a dental technician at a dental lab or a minimum of 3 years of achievement-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with direct competition; or a minimum of 4 years in achievement-oriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.
