We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Level 2 Events Team Member Apprentice to support our Future Skills Centre to deliver exceptional events and customer service.
Based at The Future Skills centre you will be the first point of contact for visitors, this will include meeting and greeting, covering Reception, answering calls, responding to emails, handling enquiries, and liaising with customers from their initial enquiry to a post event evaluation.
You will also have a varied experience as will be supporting the Events Team Leader with the delivery of events, to include setting up rooms, assisting with IT connectivity and delivery of catering requirements. You will communicate with customers using a variety of methods, including face-to-face, phone, post, email, text, and social media, demonstrating an enthusiastic and friendly approach to both internal and external customers. You will be supported to complete your Apprenticeship alongside experienced and enthusiastic staff, learn about a variety of processes and systems whilst completing your Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship and becoming an exceptional team player.
