With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes, they are seeking an experienced and talented Pre Construction Manager to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a number of CAT A and CAT B fit out schemes across the North West.
As the Pre Construction Manager, your role entails a diverse range of duties and responsibilities:
* Overseeing the pre-construction process and procedures, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution.
* Ownership of the tender decision process, requiring astute judgment and strategic thinking.
* Production of monthly management reports, providing vital insights for informed decision-making.
* Building and maintaining customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty essential for long-term success.
* Analysis and benchmarking of pre-qualification and tender success rates, along with client feedback, driving continuous improvement and competitiveness.
* Overall responsibility for the successful preparation and submission of bids, necessitating meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to achieving desired outcomes.
