There is a very exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their dynamic team within a large well-known retailer.
The Ecommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all ecommerce platforms, reporting into the Head of Digital.
Ecommerce Operations Manager Responsibilities
* Working closely with the wider Digital team and liaising with other teams internally as well as external partners.
* Managing the running of all ecommerce platforms.
* Overseeing web development plans.
* Producing performance reports and presenting these to the wider business.
* Managing software integrations, including PIM (and PIM workflows), CRM databases, and audience segmentation.
* Identifying areas for improvement – including on UX and CRO techniques.
* Budget management.
* Providing technical assistance to Store Managers.
Ecommerce Operations Manager Skills
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Knowledge of SaaS platforms (PIM, CRM, and ESP).
* Ability to interpret technical information into an easier format.
