Key Responsibilities: Manage a broad range of Private Client matters, advising clients on Wills, Tax and Succession Planning, Trust creation, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Collaborate with an in-house Trust Manager to create and manage Trusts for clients, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Offer expert advice on inheritance tax mitigation and succession planning. Provide clear, compassionate, and empathetic legal guidance, building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Contribute to the firm's business development, including marketing and networking efforts. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Lawyers with 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Private Client role. Strong experience in inheritance tax planning, estate and succession planning, and trust administration. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of expertise in drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and empathetic advice to clients. A proactive approach to business development and client relationship building. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team. Willingness to travel within the county as required.
