My client, a reputable manufacturing organisation, is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Clitheroe area, which is situated near Blackburn, Accrington, and Burnley. This is an exciting role working for a fantastic company, with a working week of 37.5 hours on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join an organisation with growth plans. Responsibilities within this role include:
1. Collect account debt by use of telephone, email, and letter
2. Reconcile customer accounts
3. Maintain good relationships with customers and clients
4. Sage 50 knowledge
5. Excellent knowledge of Excel
6. Excellent client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail
7. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
