You will inspire and manage high-performing staff teams, drive quality improvement, and foster partnerships that support student success and progression. * Lead the development and implementation of a dynamic and forward-thinking strategy for education, skills, learning, teaching and student support.
* Lead the planning and delivery of our student activity and income targets to ensure we meet the needs of diverse student groups and local employers whilst delivering best value.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in teaching, learning, assessment and student support.
* Work in the Executive Team and collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic goals.
* Build and sustain strong external partnerships with employers, universities, and external stakeholders.
* Lead and inspire staff teams, embedding a culture of high performance.

* Strong knowledge of quality assurance and the Scottish education and skills landscape.
