Your new company A Wales-based charity, which is undergoing an exciting transformation over the next 18 months Due to ongoing restoration works, my client is seeking the support of a 1st language, Welsh, or Fluent 2nd language administrator to join their project team Your new role Supporting an established project, you will be working closely with the project manager, and liaise with external stakeholder groups as required. You will be responsible for all project administration, inclusive of minute taking for project meetings on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for managing all documentation, amendments and updates needed for project deliverables, as well as updating progress trackers. You will be site based for 2 days per week, and able to work remotely for the remainder. You will be conversing in both Welsh & English, in written and verbal formats. You will be working part-time for 21 hours, of which the format can be discussed to suit your requirements. What you'll need to succeed Essentially, you must be 1st language, Welsh, or fluent as a 2nd language. Ideally, you will have some project-based experience, but a strong administrative background will also suit this post You will be a good communicator who is used to managing a changing workload. You will be a confident user of different IT systems, and very comfortable with the MS Office Suite. You will be available at short notice and be excited by the prospect of supporting an exciting restoration project What you'll get in return You will have a salary of £24k which will be pro rata'd for hours worked. You will have 21 hours per week, which can either be across 3 full days or around school hours. This project is due to run for 18 months, so there is a good chance of extension beyond the temporary term of 3 months.
