Confidence with clinical tasks like blood sampling, catheter placement, X-rays, monitoring anaesthetics, and nurse clinics is key. If you’re a Clinical Coach or interested in becoming one, that’s a bonus You’ll have plenty of opportunities to use your skills to their full potential and develop new ones. Rota Highlights: No OOH, no Sundays, and no bank holiday shifts Just 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9 am–12 pm). Overtime? Don’t worry; it’s always given back in lieu or paid.
