We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative specialist who has ALS experience working with apprentices in a range of sectors from Level 2 to Level 5.
This is ultimately a home-based role, however, may be required to travel occasionally to support staff training and staff meetings.
The role is for anyone who has a passion for delivering high-quality apprenticeships through a blended delivery model. We are looking for a highly organised, inspirational, and friendly person with a professional and hardworking ethos to join a supportive and forward-thinking team at Skern Training and Skills.
You will support apprentices, employers & trainers to take the apprentices through from IAG (initial advice and guidance) to Gateway and EPA (End Point Assessment) in a supportive manner. We therefore require someone capable & qualified to support apprentices and staff.
About you
* Based in the midlands area
* Experience in dealing with Individual learning plans and support
* Understanding of Educational Health Care Plans (EPCH)
* Experience applying for reasonable adjustment following the JCQ guidance
* Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement plan
* Worked in an education facility such as a school/college
* Experience in Functional Skills is desirable
This is a developing role and currently, 3 days a week. As we grow with ourselves there could be a wish to develop this role further if mutually beneficial.
