What You’ll Do
* Manage 4-month sales cycles: Lead opportunities from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and structured progress.
* Maintain a 3.5x quota in pipeline to consistently achieve revenue goals.
* Build compelling business cases tailored to client needs, demonstrating ROI and alignment with business objectives.
* Use a structured deal canvas to ensure all aspects of the deal are well-managed, from stakeholder alignment to risk mitigation.
* Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, to keep deals moving forward.
* Proactively identify risks in deals and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Prospect and engage: Generate and nurture your own leads through cold calling, social outreach, and creative approaches.
* Close deals worth £50k-£150k with mid-market manufacturers, driving adoption of Kavida’s automation solutions.
* Build and manage relationships with 20-30 accounts, ensuring both client success and upsell opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience closing £50k+ deals: Proven success in SaaS or automation sales, ideally in mid-market manufacturing.
* Understanding of sales processes: Skilled at identifying risks, building mitigation plans, and aligning stakeholders.
* Proven pipeline management: Track record of maintaining 3.5x quota in active opportunities.
* Structured sales approach: Familiar with using tools like deal canvases to manage complex sales cycles.
* Exceptional stakeholder coordination: Able to align and engage multiple internal and external decision-makers.
* Prospecting and cold-calling expertise: Comfortable generating and nurturing your own pipeline.
* 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with a preference for mid-market or manufacturing clients.
