Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and plan occupational therapy interventions for patients within an acute care environment.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
3. Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals.
4. Provide expert occupational therapy advice and support to both patients and their families.
5. Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of patient records and documentation.

General Duties/Responsibilities:
This challenging and rewarding role requires substantial experience in UK occupational therapy, particularly within acute care settings. Experience within the NHS is essential, as you will be required to navigate a fast-paced and demanding environment. As an integral part of the patient journey from hospital admission to recovery, your expertise will be central to the delivery of care. Current HCPC registration is a requirement for this role.
