The Haematology Department has a vacancy for a fixed term full time Administrator based at Watford General Hospital. Experienced and committed, you will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to the Consultants (including locum doctors), Junior Doctor’s, Clinical Nurse Specialist and multi-disciplinary teams.
The post covers bookings and co-ordination of Haematology appointments including 2WW, administration for the department’s governance meetings (includes minute taking), co-ordinating and updating Doctor’s rota’s, and general admin duties.
The successful applicant will need to have a good general level of education, and possess the essential qualifications outlined in the attached Person Specification.

This role is based at Watford. The successful candidate will act as a central point for the managing and scheduling of Haematology appointments including 2WW’s and general admin duties. They will also co-ordinate the departments Governance meetings, which will include the minute taking.
