This could be the role for you.About the roleAs our first point of contact for customers, the Custom Club Service Advisor plays a key role in the Mizuno Team. Providing first class B2B customer service experience, as well as communicating clearly on needs and expectations to the wider team including, the Assistant Manager – Production Admin, Credit Control team, Production and Warehousing teams and our Sales team. Key tasks and responsibilities include;Process custom-fit / head-only orders, advise customers of the status / lead time of orders and any part shortages.Effectively handle any custom-fit order enquiries to ensure product specification is correct for the customer.Efficiently and accurately manage calls and emails from internal and external customers relating to custom-fit / head-only orders.Work closely with relevant departments to ensure highest level of service is provided to customers.Ensure that customer and sales-force queries are resolved promptly and correctly.
