This role would suit an individual with a strong Accounts background and experience of different accounts. If you’d like to be part of a dynamic business with an excellent culture, this is for you! This is initially on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract Basis. Duties as a Client Accounts Assistant:
* Managing accounts
* Overseeing invoices and approving payments
* Using various software and company systems
* Dealing with VAT returns
* Devising and checking monthly management reports
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Inputting data and ledgers
* Diary management and credit control
* Solving problems, handling queries and liaising with others
* General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
What we are looking for:
1. Holding or working towards relevant Accountancy qualifications
