Nursery Manager We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our 0-4 nursery setting at Play Pals Childcare. As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young pupils. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and vision for the nursery, promoting a positive and nurturing environment. Manage and supervise the nursery staff, ensuring they are supported, developed, and working effectively. Implement and monitor the nursery's policies, procedures, and curriculum to meet or exceed regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, adhering to all health, safety, and safeguarding guidelines. Liaise with parents/carers, external agencies, and the wider school community to build positive relationships. Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Ensure the nursery's financial and administrative duties are carried out efficiently. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field (minimum). Significant experience in a similar nursery management role, with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents. Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and regulatory requirements. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Passion for early years education and a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for young children.
