Core Responsibilities Coordinate and deploy resources to address production issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution of losses such as breakdowns, waste, and speed discrepancies. Plan, oversee, and execute maintenance tasks, both planned and unplanned, while applying advanced methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Develop and maintain critical equipment settings and standards, ensuring consistency and addressing abnormalities promptly. Lead systematic problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and establish long-term countermeasures. Mentor team members to elevate technical competencies, emphasizing troubleshooting, safety, and quality standards. Facilitate continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, supporting projects aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and performance. Collaborate with key leaders to refine maintenance processes, optimize preventative maintenance schedules, and improve downtime management. Record all maintenance actions, including preventive and reactive tasks, in designated systems. Document spare parts usage during maintenance to ensure accurate inventory tracking. Act as a first responder for equipment breakdowns, swiftly escalating when necessary. Qualifications HNC or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. 5 years of experience in manufacturing or technical roles, including expertise with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment. Proven leadership experience within dynamic manufacturing settings. Proficient in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards in high-pressure environments. Familiarity with safety and ergonomic best practices in manufacturing. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Working knowledge of PLCs is advantageous but not mandatory.
