Description Role Overview Carnival UK, leadership team is seeking a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative, organisational, and logistical support to our senior leaders. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will manage diaries, prepare presentations, plan agendas and meetings, and handle general administrative duties across teams. Key accountabilities include: Support assigned senior leader(s) by ensuring they are prepared for upcoming engagements and work priorities. Manage and maintain diaries, balancing business meetings, travel, and preparation time. Proactively prepare necessary documents to ensure senior leader(s) are fully prepared for engagements. Manage regular processes and reports on behalf of senior leader(s). Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes/action points as required. Arrange travel and manage travel schedules for senior leader(s). Oversee emails, prioritise, and delegate as agreed with senior leader(s). Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior leader(s). Support the wider Leadership Team with event coordination and arrangement. Assist with recruitment activities within the department. Work flexibly and collaboratively with other Personal Assistants to ensure departmental coverage. This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
