This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position to cover maternity. A retention bonus will be payable upon full completion of the contract term.
This is a field-based role, with regional travel required covering the North Western territory of Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, and Preston. Typically, we expect 3 days per week out in the assigned area, so a full valid UK Cat B driver's licence is essential to your application.
Reporting to the Regional Business Partner, the Regional People Advisor is responsible for the delivery of a people-centric HR advisory service within an assigned region, aligned to the employee value proposition and people strategy.
The role is responsible for providing advice and guidance to people managers and employees on all people-related issues, aligned to our employee value proposition, company policies, and procedures to drive employee advocacy. The role will manage employee relation cases and support organisational design and transformative change initiatives.
Successful delivery of the People Strategy takes place across the entire People Team. This role will need to work collaboratively with the wider People team to support People initiatives.
