The Role
The Admin Assistant will contribute to updating the company’s inhouse system on a daily basis. You will ensure operations run smoothly by confirming reports are downloaded and checked. You will provide support to the wider teams within the business. You will be able to handle customer queries and questions being able to direct them to the correct department. Furthermore, you will ensure that warranties are processed, confirming that there are no issues surrounding them.
The Person
The ideal individual for this position will demonstrate strong customer service and administration skills. This person will possess a positive, proactive attitude and confidently be able to handle high volume tasks. The right person will be organised in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
The role offers a salary of £13.00-£13.50 per hour. Working in an amazing location in Belfast, this role will offer free on-site parking. This role will be 20-25 hours Monday-Friday which will be carried out in morning shifts. There is an option of flexibility in working hours. Private Healthcare is also available within this position
