Role Overview: Ensuring the delivery of quality drinks, food and service is of course the bedrock of this role, but you will also be someone who enjoys identifying rising stars within your team, capitalising on all business opportunities and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
This is a high-volume operation with exceptional standards and a great reputation - we offer full table service in our pub restaurant, we have a large beer garden with kids play area, heated dog-friendly outside dining huts and a bookable outside tented space and pizza shack for functions. Great organisational skills, exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail is essential to be successful in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Control costs, manage budgets and drive sales.
2. Support, train and develop your team.
3. Achieve Operational Excellence and set KPIs and GPs.
4. Run the pub professionally, profitably, compliantly and efficiently.
5. Establish great lines of communication with your Assistant Managers, Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
