I'm working with a fantastic online retailer, a valued client of ours, who is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a leading company in the e-commerce space.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving queries via email, chat, and phone. Your goal will be to ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries quickly and professionally, helping customers navigate orders, returns, and general product information. The company provides full training, making this a great entry-level opportunity for those looking to start their career in
customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a high level of service.
* Assist customers with order processing, returns, and product information.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Work closely with other departments to resolve queries and improve the customer experience.
* Document and update customer records based on interactions.
* Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues and help develop solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* No prior experience needed – Full training will be provided.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
