This role is Hybrid from one of our EMEA locations: Amsterdam, London, Berlin or Erlangen.
In this role, you will provide key operational support and assistance to the Services EMEA Team.
1. Generating and updating KPI Dashboards and Reporting templates for business analysis and monthly reviews.
2. Managing, ordering, receiving, and controlling Spare Parts at their associated Warehouses in Ireland and Germany.
3. Updating and overseeing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data, such as new site creation, acting as administrator, user access control, and data reliability and accuracy.
4. Tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing internal engineering tickets to ensure connection between stakeholders and a speedy conclusion.
5. Organizing and coordinating customer trainings in conjunction with Service Engineer.
6. Reviewing and standardizing Services Documents.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Familiar with a variety of software; Jira, Salesforce, Incorta, Netsuite, SAP, MS Office.
2. Experienced in data collation and presentation in a dashboard format from mixed sources.
3. Knowledge of maintenance and warranty contract structures.
4. High communication skills targeted at the audience.
5. Understanding financial profit and loss accounts and balance sheet is a plus.
