We're seeking a full-time SEMH Learning Mentor to join us from after the Easter Holidays until the end of the academic year, with the view to go permanent in the new academic year. As a SEMH Learning Mentor, your responsibilities will include: Delivering intervention programs to designated students referred by the SENCO/Year Leader. Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and Year Leaders. Assisting students in reintegrating into lessons. Creating and managing behaviour profiles to establish individual behaviour targets. Monitoring targets and communicating with teachers. Debriefing students following incidents.
