Work across a wide set of industries, owning the client relationship and managing a team Set a vision for project success and creating delivery plans for the team to follow Build close relationships with clients, including managing delivery timelines and serving as a trusted advisor helping them with their biggest challenges Identify relevant research areas and managing a team to investigate, review and iterate the discovery process Steer and guide the team’s efforts to create differentiated insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of competitor, venture, market, and/or customer data Storytelling and crafting slides.
