As a Control of Contractors Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing all subcontractor works, ensuring a proactive and diligent governance approach to maintain the highest health and safety standards.

Job Description
As Control of Contractors Coordinator, you will take ownership of the client work authorisation and permit to work process, ensuring all necessary subcontractor information and control measures are in place for work to be carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with sub-contractors and stakeholders for timely work authorisations.
* Plan and prioritise works to ensure operational efficiency.
* Obtain, review, and validate sub-contractor H&S information.
* Ensure risks and control measures are in place before authorising work.
* Audit and inspect sub-contractor works for compliance and improvement.
* Investigate and implement corrective actions for violations and nonconformances.
* Provide compliance reporting for transparency and improvement opportunities.
* Develop strong relationships with sub-contractors to foster collaboration.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of Facilities Management and associated legislative/statutory requirements.
* Successful management of sub-contractor groups, from both an operational and safety perspective, to prevent undesirable outcomes.
* Ability to develop positive working relationships with internal/external key stakeholders and sub-contractor groups.
* Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment.
* Strong communicator, with the ability to inspire confidence.
