Check COTC records for attendance, VMS folders, notice boards are up to date. Check contractor monitoring has been completed by the licensees when work is being undertaken. Ensure site staff are working within Veolia H&S policies and procedures Ensure site staff are carrying out site activities inline with the site Permit and Planning Permission Observe and react to bad customer care standards Carry out Work Safe Observations and record on AVA. Arrange for all deliveries of PPE to site. Monitor traffic management on site and assist if required to do so. Carry out any inductions as and when required. When accidents or incidents occur where injury or damage has been sustained immediately go to site and take statements from the relevant site staff and record appropriately. What we're looking for; Previous experience in a supervisory role within the waste/recycling industry. Knowledge of environmental and local authority legislation IOSH qualification IT proficiency COTC - NEBOSH qualifications - desirable What's next?
