Salary: £28,673.87 per annum

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Team Supervisor to join our Telford and Wrekin Floating Support service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance and quality assurance while leading a team in delivering high-quality, person-centred, and trauma-informed support services. This role is pivotal in empowering vulnerable individuals to develop essential life skills, promoting independence, and preventing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of lead workers, ensuring delivery of person-centred, trauma-informed support.
2. Oversee support delivery across various housing tenures, ensuring services meet contractual standards, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct regular supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews, fostering a collaborative team environment.
4. Build strong partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, and health services to enhance service delivery.
5. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and health and safety standards.
6. Lead internal audits and oversee quality assurance of customer files and documentation.

About You
1. Proven supervisory or management experience in housing, social care, or support service environments.
2. Knowledge of housing-related support services, homelessness prevention, and challenges faced by vulnerable individuals.
3. Strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection regulations.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with external agencies.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with performance management tools such as Outcome Star.
6. A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Housing, or Leadership & Management (Level 4 or working towards).
