* Salary Range: $116,480–$145,600
* Level: Mid–Senior
Role Overview
The Senior Technology Lead will play a vital role in project planning, delivering comprehensive design solutions, and overseeing QA/QC for low-voltage and technology systems from construction to installation. This includes IT/telecom infrastructure, communications cabling, MPOE, TEC/server rooms, IDF rooms, outside plant cabling, horizontal cabling, wireless networking, and low-voltage systems like paging, emergency phones, and clock systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct technical requirements analysis, including site assessments, solution recommendations, construction administration, and project oversight.
* Act as a Technology Designer, managing designs based on client master plans and coordinating project phases from design through construction and installation.
* Develop scope of work documents, including pricing estimates, based on client requirements.
* Ensure technology system designs meet industry standards, codes, and client expectations.
* Manage QA/QC for ongoing projects and coordinate with contractors during implementation.
* Support market growth by marketing services and building a technology team in Seattle.
Experience and Skills
* Minimum 10 years of technical and project management experience in telecommunication cable infrastructure.
* Familiarity with construction documents, including drawings and CSI format specifications.
* Expertise in low-voltage/signal design, including conduit sizing and pulling tension calculations.
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
* Knowledge of audio-visual and security systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with regulatory codes and standards for educational, healthcare, commercial, and federal facilities in Washington is highly preferred.
Education and Certifications
* RCDD Certification or equivalent.
* BS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience in technical design and installation of technology infrastructure.
